I feel compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone considering this boutique. I ordered a dress for an event, and the promised shipping timeframe came and went. When I tried to follow up, the nightmare began. My immediate conclusion was:
"This is the worst experience by far."
I called them 7 days later to see when the order would be shipped and they would not answer the phone. I called over 60 times in one day. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking, especially after finally getting through only to be disconnected repeatedly. I still have not received my order that was NOT hand made in the time frame it said it would be recieved, and I needed to engage with customer service to demand accountability.
Customer: I have been trying to reach someone—anyone—about my dress order for days. I called over sixty times in one day and was hung up on multiple times after waiting on hold. Where is my order?
CS Rep: I am so deeply sorry for the complete failure in communication you've experienced. That is entirely unacceptable, and I understand why you are frustrated. Can you please provide your order number so I can immediately look into the status and investigate the call center incidents?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. The estimated arrival time has passed, and I was counting on this. I held for 15 minutes only to be disconnected. I highly recommend that y'all do not shop with this boutique if this is how you treat customers.
