Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience so you don't make the same mistake. I was relying on this store for a crucial birthday outfit, spending over $200, including customizing the skirt and top with a tailor. I expected timely delivery and accurate fulfillment, but instead, I was met with complete disappointment. As I stated in my review: "Love what this store sells but I bought an outfit for my birthday I was told it would be here by august 20th it didn’t arrive till august 26th literally the day I leave for my vacation and when I open it the top is a completely different color then what I ordered I have zero time to go and buy another outfit I’m so disappointed and frustrated." This mix-up and delay cost me my planned look. I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to express my frustration and demand to know how such a massive error, especially involving the wrong color, could occur after such a significant investment.
Customer: I am absolutely furious. Not only did my birthday outfit arrive six days late, August 26th, literally the day I leave for my vacation, but the top is a completely different color than what I ordered!

Customer: Apologies don't fix the fact that I spent over $200 on this, including having the skirt lengthened and the top altered! I have zero time to purchase or tailor anything else. How do you plan to compensate me for this massive inconvenience and the money I wasted on tailoring a top I can’t even use?
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration regarding the alterations. We want to make this right. We can initiate a full return for store credit or send out the correct outfit immediately, as we apologized and offered previously.
Customer: Store credit barely covers the stress, let alone the alteration costs I incurred. I need a refund to my original payment method. Can you process a full refund instead of just store credit?
CS Rep: Due to the nature of custom alterations, we cannot reimburse third-party tailoring fees, but we can certainly initiate a full refund back to your card for the total item cost immediately. Would you like to proceed with the full monetary refund?
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
