I ordered a small due to the fact that the employee told me that my weight was cohesive with a small, i finally got the dress and it couldn’t zip at all.. which was fine until I ordered a size up, and that was too big on me. I ended up buying a different dress. (My original dress came up to $185 with tax & the new dress was $210) I was pretty annoyed at the fact that I brought two friends of mine who also bought $200 dresses from here & The "manager" waived the $15.95 tax fee but when i bought a newer more expensive dress instead of paying the $15 difference i paid $33 because the "manager" charged me the $15.95 tax fee AGAIN. Personally, I would never shop here again based off of customer service ALONE, however; the quality of the dresses are subpar for the pricing." The total lack of professionalism and the unfair charge necessitated a direct conversation with management. Customer: I need clarity on my recent exchange. I bought a $210 dress after the first two didn't fit due to incorrect sizing advice. Why was I charged the $15.95 tax fee again when I was only supposed to pay the difference between the dresses?
