The only time you get help is when you ask, they can make a person feel uncomfortable at first but once you talk to them, they begin to engage you. The dresses can be expensive and there is no paper receipt. You have to pay cash. The dresses with the rhinestone can not be tried on, you can only purchase and then try it on but if it don’t fit then your stuck with the dress. Being stuck with an expensive rhinestone dress that doesn't fit, combined with the lack of professional service, is why I urgently needed to contact customer service. Customer: I am absolutely frustrated. I was forced to buy a costly rhinestone gown without trying it on, and now that it doesn't fit, I'm simply stuck with it because of your rigid no-return policy for those items.
